- Develop and lead teams for corporate customers to financial leasing. - Manage entire disbursement, and ensure quality of work by leading teams to achieve KPIs. - Proactively plan and deploy the search and access to new quality customer sources to exploit needs, advise and convince customers to use products and services in the financial leasing area/ realize opportunities, and effectively manage risks for customers in charge and their value chain. - Responsible for reports to the Functional Head. - Guide and assign sales projects/approaches to team members to maximize the sales abilities of staff and sales opportunities. |
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance – Banking, Economics, or related fields are preferred. - At least 8 years of sales experience in corporate banking or financial leasing. - At least 5 years in management team lead roles. - Proven customer service and aftersales experience and result orientation. - Able to communicate clearly and persuasively in dealing with internal & external contacts. - Fluent in English. Chinese is a plus. - Self-confident, ambitious, strong interpersonal skills, willing to take challenges. - High energy level, aggressive, and can-do attitude. - Strong leadership in both team cooperation and individual. - Have a deep understanding of financial market, and can adapt quickly to market changes. |
