- Checking and advising business matters to ensure it follows State regulations, the Company’s charter, and internal policies and regulations. - Handling AML, FATCA, ABAC, Customer Information Protection, etc., including systemized matters. - Regulations update, gap analysis and training/support related depts. to comply with new regs. - Coordinate with other departments to collect comments on new regulation drafts. - Communication with regulators (SBV, Police, Tax, etc.). - Handling corporate governance matters. - Compliance policies draft. - Assisting in some projects of the company as assigned. - Making compliance reports as assigned. |
- Major: Law. - Experience: 1 – 2 working years in Legal or Compliance. - English is a compulsory requirement; Chinese is a plus but not a compulsory requirement. - Experience in trading activities of FDI is a plus. - Good at negotiation and communication. - Undertake for high pressure. - Good office computer skills (Word, Excel). |
