Manage and reach team target performance, coach and train team members.

Seeking new customers (Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises) and developing the Micro, Small & Medium customer market.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential customer.

Propose suitable financial leasing solutions tailored to each corporate customer.

Conduct preliminary credit assessments of customer profiles.

Conduct quotation and close case transactions with customers together with team members.

Bachelor’s degree or higher related to Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or International Trade.

Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility, aggressive and strong ambition to achieve performance targets.

At least 5 years of sales/marketing experience in SME or Micro financial leasing within a banking or leasing company.

Minimum 2 years of team management experience.

Fluent in English or Chinese is a plus.

Experience in coaching and training staff.
-
Provide solid good performance or make team successful records in related experiences.

Working schedule: 5 days/week (Monday – Friday).
