1. Recruitment - Coordinate with managers and leaders to understand recruitment needs and job requirements - Manage the posting job issues in recruitment channels - Process internal interview procedure: Screen CV, schedule interviews, and coordinate with manager & leaders of all department to interview and select candidates - Directly join interview with candidates, perform onboarding activities - Maintain and update candidate records in the company system - Responsible for the employer branding activities through maintaining the relationship with universities and managing the social channels of company - Responsible for weekly – monthly – quarterly – yearly recruitment reports as requirement 2. Others - Manage the employee information; Support manage the issue related to attendance - Support in expatriate issue - Other reports about human resources when required - Other HR – Admin task assigned by supervisors |
- Major: Bachelor in Economics, Finance – Banking, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, English, Chinese or related majors… - At least 1-year experience in HR & Admin, especially in Recruitment is an advantage - A strong desire to work for long time in HR & Admin. - Teamwork skill, hardworking, careful and willing to learn. - Foreign language: 750+ TOEIC (other certificate equivalents 700+ TOEIC) or HSK/ TOCFL level 4+; and can use it fluently (4 skills) in work. - Can use office equipment, good at using Microsoft Office.
