Track, review, and ensure compliance with employee attendance and leave requests according to company policies;

Maintain and update the company’s organizational chart based on changes in staff structure;

Manage attendant management system;
-
Ensure that employee records, personal information, and data are accurately updated and maintained;

Compile and submit periodic HR reports on employee metrics, performance, and other relevant statistics;
-
Contribute to the proposal and establishment of internal policies and regulations to promote a positive workplace environment;
-
Prepare monthly HR Report (Performance report, Expats Monthly Leave Report);
-
Manage MBO setting and evaluation yearly;
-
Assist Supervisor in preparing reports related to promotion and rotation process, annual leave report;
-
Manage and renew contract yearly Healthcare Insurance Group;
-
Other works will be assigned by Dept Head.

Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in Human Resources or a related field;
-
Prior HR working experience is necessary, especially in the HRM area;
-
Must be independent, detail-oriented, quick to learn, and intelligent;
-
Self-discipline, honesty, integrity, good communication skills, logical thinking, and teamwork cooperation are essential;
-
Fluency in Chinese and English. (Chinese is compulsory)

Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
