1.Help Desk Administration (80% of time)

Install work stations and installing and configuration computer hardware, OS, Email, Network folder, Printer, Scanner, and new applications.

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.

Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults via remote, telephone, email, chat or at user table.

In charge of installing work stations, load all required software and support new entrance to use their account and PC at the first day in company

Repair some small problem in hardware PCs, Printer, Scanner, telephone.

Moving and setup PC when user move to new table.

Tape backup Management
-
Monitoring (backup, camera, Network device, internet, …)

Disk Clean-up, Scan Antivirus periodical
2.IT Asset Management (20% of time)
-
Monitoring and maintaining all the software, hardware and other IT equipment
-
Update Monthly IT Report.

Make label and manage IT asset.

College/Bachelor’s degree in IT or related degrees
-
1-2-year experience in IT field (with more than 100 end-users)
-
Having knowledge about Domain Controller, Active Director.

Have CCNA/MCSA is an advantage

Fair English communication skills in both speaking and writing

Communication & problem-solving skills, strong persuasion
