1, Legal: - Review and revise contracts, forms, internal policies and other documents of the Company; - Giving legal advice for business matters as required by relevant departments; - Support licensing, state procedures; - Legal policies draft/review; - Update, research related regulations and cooperate to handle legal issues; - Assist in legal issues for some projects of the company as assigned; - Comment on new regulation drafts; - Make legal reports; - Customer complaint solving, litigation when arising such cases; - Communication and management on outsourcing legal matters. 2, Compliance: - Checking and advice business matters to ensure it follows State regulations and the Company’s charter and internal policies and regulations; - Handling AML, FATCA, ABAC, Customer Information Protection, etc., including building systems on such matters; - Update, research related regulations and cooperate to handle compliance matters; - Regulations update, gap analysis and training/support related depts. to comply with new regulations Request for new staff recruitment / replacement; - Coordinate with other departments to collect comments on new regulation drafts; - Communication with regulators (SBV, Police, Tax, etc.); - Handling corporate governance matters; - Compliance policies draft; - Job related training; - Assisting in some projects of the company when required; - Making compliance reports; - Other tasks when required. |
- Major: Law; - Experience: 6 – 10 working years in Legal or Compliance (open for non-leader level); - English is a must; Chinese is a plus but not a compulsory requirement; - Experience in legal matters regarding trading activities of FDI; - Good at negotiation and communication; - Undertake for high pressure. |
