Develop product launch project plans, define goals and timelines, manage project resources and progress, and coordinate cross-departmental teamwork. 制定產品上市專案計劃，明確目標和時程, 管理專案資源和進度，協調跨部門部團隊合作。

Collect competitor product from market intelligence, plan company product position in market, make and analysis marketing, pricing strategies and gross profit margins analysis. 蒐集競爭產品的市場情報，並擬定產品在市場定位、分析行銷策略、價格策略、毛利分析。

Develop product promotion plan, improve products and gather feedback. 發展推廣產品的計劃、改良產品並蒐集回饋意見。

Plan and make advertising and marketing plans, and control advertising budgets and expenses. 規劃和擬定廣告行銷計劃，並控制廣告之製作預算及費用。

Assist in developing sales strategies and improving sales performance. 協助制訂業務銷售策略及改進銷售成績。

Fully understand the company's business and industry characteristics, and develop customized plans based on customer requirements. 充分理解公司業務及行業特點，結合客戶要求以制定個別方案。

Plan and design marketing system, flow and tools. 規劃與設計行銷系統、流程和工具。

Response customer product technical support. 回應客戶產品技術支援。

Support to design oversee the procurement & logistic, sale channel management, and inventory management …etc. mechanism. 協助設計海外採購和物流管理、銷售渠道管理、進銷存貨管理等制度。

Support the planning of various business projects. 支援各項專案之企劃工作

Bachelor’s degree or above in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.

Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in financial services or product development.

Good at market research, data analysis & reporting.

Proficiency in Chinese is required. English fluency is a strong advantage.

Proactive, creative problem-solving mindset, able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Working time is only 5 days/week (from Monday to Friday);
