1. Reception:

  • Greeting clients, visitors and directing to desired contacts.
  • Taking messages when the call receiver is not available.
  • Managing incoming mail/stationery and out-going mail effectively to ensure proper of the charges of expenses of them.

2. Admin:

  • Making the office expense payments.
  • Arranging car/taxi for employees to visit customers.
  • Monitoring the drinking water of the office, keep record and verify the bill.

3. Event organization: Birthday party, Christmas, ect….

  • Major: Human Resources Management, English, Chinese or related majors…
  •  A strong desire to work in HR & Admin.
  • Teamwork skill, hardworking, careful and willing to learn.
  • Can communicate in English or Chinese.
  • Can use office equipment.
  • Working time is only 5 days/week (from Monday to Friday).
  • 13th month salary, annual salary increase, year-end bonus according to annual performance evaluation.
  • Allowance for lunch, phone, computer work.
  • Teambuilding level 4*, 5*; company sponsored when traveling in groups.
  • In addition to the statutory insurance, there is also 24/24 accident and health insurance for all employees.
